This series looks at the phenomenon of shops, and other establishments, leaving their lights on throughout the night. All the images in the series were taken between two and five am, after all the shops are closed, after even most drunk people have found their way home, and before most deliveries start to arrive. I.e. When there is no one around to see the things the lights illuminate. The intension of the series is to highlight the sheer amount of energy being wasted by this pointless practice.
